Remembering the importance of Teacher’s day…

guru2

This blog goes to all my teachers who taught me since the start, not only to them but even to those who are still teaching me. I have studied at various places, Montessori school (Kolkata), Adarsh Vidyallay (Gurgaon), Spring field high school (Mumbai), Mayoor School (Noida) and I am currently in Sharda University (Greater Noida). Till now I have met many people, made friends and made enemies (Hehe…) and have been taught by many great teachers for more than 12 years, and am still being taught by my professors at the university. I don’t remember many of my friends and have lost count of my class mates, but I still remember my teachers, their voice, expressions, their teachings, their way of teaching and even their scoldings.

These teachers were always there around me to guide me, even though I at first did not like a few of them, I now feel very nostalgic when remembering them, I feel happy and at the same time sad that I have lost contact with them. There is a part of me who wants to visit them and get back to that day when they were still teaching me. Now that I am in college, I miss my school days and I am very sure that soon enough I will miss my college days too.

Whenever I took a step towards my future, a goal…my teachers were always there to support me. They praised me, encouraged me and even gave tips on how to achieve my goal. When I started writing blogs, there were some great teachers who read it, liked it, shared their optimistic views and supported me…I can never forget them and will never do so until the end. If I succeed in becoming a person of wisdom, like who I want to be and if people start recognizing me…that day I will think that I finally gifted back a little to the world of what was given to me by my teachers.

Right now I am in college, I have a lot to learn and a lot to do, my life’s phase has just begun. So I humbly request all my GURUS to keep supporting me, as I have a path full of obstacles to face ahead.

And it could be a coincidence that today it is Ganesh Pooja, so it is a big day for all, a day to be remembered and a day of recalling the past to learn from it.

HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY!!!

  1. Redeeming Luv Greetings to you, my Sister,
I do not fully understand what the term “Lord” means to you. But if it is the Creator of the heavens and the earth, He is Yahweh the Almighty God, and no one should be put in front of Him.

However, I admire the great respect you have for your teachers.
May God richly bless you in your academic studies and spiritual life. Shalom.

    1. You understood correct brother, lord here means God. We believe that the God is almighty and above all others, but the ‘doha’ you read is actually a saying in a religious book of Sikh…they respect their teachers a lot and this was their way of giving respect to them. I believe that the God is above all but teachers are to be respected as well.
      And thanks for your blessings.

      1. Redeeming Luv Greetings to you, my Friend! Thanks for inquiring. Shalom is a Hebrew Word which means “peace.”
Blessings for a prosperous term in all your endeavors, and especially in your academic studies, in Jesus name. Amen.
